By engaging Lenoretech Info Solution's services, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use our services. Specific engagements are governed by an additional Statement of Work (SOW) that takes precedence over generic terms here.
We deliver digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, web design and development, and online reputation management. Scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing are defined per engagement in your SOW.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance, due on the 1st of the service month. One-time projects are billed 50% on signing, 50% on delivery. Invoices unpaid for 14+ days will pause active work. After 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate the engagement.
Ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is your responsibility and goes directly to the ad platforms — not through us. We never markup ad spend.
All retainer engagements are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days written notice (email is fine). No exit fees, no penalties. Pre-paid quarterly or annual plans are non-refundable for the prepaid period but won't auto-renew.
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control (Google algorithm updates, your competitors, your site's technical health). We commit to executing the agreed scope with senior expertise — not to specific ranking or revenue numbers, except where explicitly written in the SOW. ROI commitments stated on the Packages page apply only when scope is delivered as agreed and ad spend recommendations are followed.
Once an invoice is fully paid, all final deliverables (content, graphics, code) become your property. Source files, working files, and templates remain ours. You may not resell, license, or redistribute our deliverables without permission.
We treat your business information as confidential. We will not disclose your strategy, performance data, or trade secrets to third parties. We may reference high-level results in case studies (anonymized) unless you opt out in writing.
Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses (e.g., lost profits from algorithm updates, ad-account suspensions due to your platform violations, third-party tool downtime).
Either party may terminate immediately for material breach (non-payment beyond 30 days, fraud, illegal use of services). We reserve the right to refuse engagements that conflict with our values or applicable laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved within 30 days, by arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
