Why registrations tell you what is coming

A developer registers a project with RERA before selling it, so the register is the earliest public signal of new supply, usually months before hoardings go up. If four plotted projects registered in your tehsil this year, those are the campaigns your buyer will see alongside yours. The promised completion date on each registration tells you when they will push hardest for bookings.

Across Jaipur district, 131 plotted and 85 group housing projects registered in 2026 so far, against a 2022 to 2025 average of 170 and 150 a year. What this tool does not show

It counts registrations, not sales, inventory or absorption, because project-level sales are not published. Unit counts and project areas sit inside each project's own RERA page and are not included here. It also cannot see plots sold without RERA registration. Treat it as a map of competing supply, then pair it with your own enquiry and site-visit data. Every project listed can be checked on the Rajasthan RERA register using its registration number.
